MyHomeRental.Biz started out in 1999 renting out our own 2nd home. As we watched the success of our vacation rental flourish, we then purchased additional properties and started renting those too.

We now own and manage 8 vacation properties, and we stay quite busy keeping them all booked. A real business started to come together. Other home owners started contacting us wanting to get their homes booked as well. So in 2006, we started MyHomeRental.biz where we could help and teach other owners to get their property online and start generating some extra revenue for their vacant 2nd home.

WHY OUR PROCESS WORKS

As a homeowner seeking to book your own property, you will probably be overwhelmed with the aspects of the process. There is a lot of marketing 'know-how' required in order to keep your property booked, with the right clientele.

Most property owners considering renting their property will hire a property manager, or a real estate agent for help in marketing, and overseeing the rental and maintenance of your home.
