Payment terms: A 50% deposit must be sent upon receipt of the reservation agreement. Confirmation of the reservation will be made upon receipt of the deposit. Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
A $1000.00 security deposit, refundable 10 days after your departure, and a $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
Cancellation Terms : If the reservation is canceled 45 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a 10% service fee. If reservation is canceled with less than 30 days notice, you will receive a full refund less a 10% service fee IF we can rebook the reservation; If we can not rebook the reservation, then you will receive NO refund. Prime holiday weeks and special events are excluded from refunds.
