Check availability - It’s always best to check with the owner to confirm availability. All too often there may be several parties interested in the same dates you are. Send an email to the Owner and check in first. Be sure to include which home you are interested in, along with how many in your party, and the dates you are seeking.

Rental Agreement - Every property owner will have one. Print and sign the rental agreement and fax or mail it back along with the deposit. Upon receipt of the rental agreement you will receive a confirmation and the owner will block off those dates so the home cannot be rented to anyone else.

Payment - Depending on the homeowner, payment can be made by either online credit card, or mail in check. Check the owners website for payment options. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your check in date.

Confirmation - Upon receipt of the rental agreement and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. This will confirm your dates, and the owner blocks the dates off the availbility calendar. Your confirmed.

Balance payments - The balance payment is due 45 days prior to check in, if your check in date is within 45 days of your check in date, the full balance is due at the time you book.

Paid and confirmed - After final payment you will receive check in details by email, including key pick location, maps, and driving directions to the home. Your all set to go!
