At MyHomeRental.Biz we provide Vacation Rental Marketing and Reservation Booking services for your vacation home.
If you prefer to get help and advise on how to rent your vacation home yourself, I am available via phone consultation. Additionally, we can create an internet presence for you with a custom webpage for you, on this website.
Unlike a traditional property management service, Marketing and Reservations are all we do. If you’re having difficulty in getting your property online, responding to rental inquiries, obtaining credit checks, keeping your home rented, or are just having difficulty in obtaining quality short term vacation bookings, we can help.
We are not a full service property manager. We specialize in advertising and marketing your property and turning over completed, paid, rental contracts directly to you. There’s no need to pay outragous commission fee’s of 30, 40, or 50% to a property manager to get a booking. We charge a small 15% referral fee for each paid rental we provide you.
You manage your property, we get you booked! We pay for all advertising, create your web site, handle inquiries and phone calls, provide online reservations and coordinate availability. We then pass the signed, paid, rental contract over to you. We only get paid after you do.
We provide complete marketing campaigns which are far beyond the typical do-it-yourself homeowner, including:
- Listings in the top vacation rental directories
- Listings in the top search engines
- Pay Per click Listings in high traffic vacation portals
- Permanent website address and website
- Online reservations and calendar
- Ad creation, testing and tweaking
We have worked with numerous home owners just as yourself who are having difficulty getting quality clients and keeping their vacation home booked. There are no lenghtly contracts, and you are free to continue booking your property on your own.
We act as your silent marketing partner in attracting prospective renters and obtaining more bookings. The incidentals like, cleaning & maintenance are handled by you.

Fielding of leads, responding to emails and phone calls
One-on-one consultation thru the process
Our Fee’s:
- 15% of confirmed/paid rental rate
- $25 processing fee (per confirmed reservation)
- $750.00 set up; provides one on one consultation thru the rental process, a webpage with photo’s, website hosting, online reservations and calendar system)
Our relationship is NON exclusive, you can continue marketing and booking your home yourself, we are only paid when we provide a paid booking.
