Rental Policy:

  • All rates subject to 7.75% State Tax and a $100.00 weekly utility allowance.
  • 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation
  • Full prepayment is due 45 days prior to arrival
  • Check out cleaning is $150; maid service available at additional charge.
  • Minimum 2 night stay required.
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
  • All rates are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking
  • Pets Allowed on prior approval ($40 Pet Fee)

    Deposit: A $1500 damage deposit is required 45 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure

     

    Refund Policy:

  • A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
  • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee

    • Check the Availability Calendar
    • Download and Print the Rental Agreement
    • Fax it back. I’ll confirm in 2 business days and direct you to our online payment form where you can pay the 50% reservation deposit.
    • The balance is due 45 days prior to check in. Full payment is due if your coming within the next 45 days.
    • We’ll email you when the balance is due and you can make the second payment online, or mail a check.
    • Upon receipt of the rental agreement and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. This will confirm your dates, and we’ll block the dates off the availability calendar.
    • Your confirmed.
    • After final payment you will receive check in details by email, including key pick up location, maps, and driving directions to the home.
    • Your all set to go!
