How rates work:
Let’s say you’re planning to stay 10 nights, not exactly seven.
Just take the weekly rate and divide by seven.

Deposit: 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your booking. $1500 Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure providing there is no damage.
The balance is due 45 days prior to check in. Full payment is due if your coming within the next 45 days.
We’ll email you when the balance is due and you can make the second payment online, or mail a check. Upon receipt of the rental agreement and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. This will confirm your dates, and we’ll block the dates off the availability calendar.
