How rates work:
Let’s say you’re planning to stay 10 nights, not exactly seven.
Just take the weekly rate and divide by seven. You’re extra
nights will cost $170.71/night. For the Monthly rate, just do the same,
but divide by 30 to get your extra nights rate.

Rental Policy:
- 7.75% State Tax is Added to the rate.
- There is a $75.00 weekly utility allowance.
- 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation
- Full prepayment is due 45 days prior to arrival
- Check out cleaning is $125; maid service available at additional charge.
- Minimum 2 night stay required.
- A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
- All rates are subject to change.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Deposit: A $500 damage deposit is required 45 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure
Refund Policy:
- A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
- For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee

- We’ll email you when the balance is due and you can make the second payment online, or mail a check.
- Upon receipt of the rental agreement and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. This will confirm your dates, and we’ll block the dates off the availbility calendar.
- You’re confirmed.
- After final payment you will receive check in details by email, including key pick up location, maps, and driving directions to the home.
- You’re all set to go!
